These pieces were created during my time in the THIRDSPACE Emerging Artist Summer Residency at OCAD University. Memories associated with my parents’ kitchen are revealed in this exploratory body of work. Representations of homegrown ingredients, lingering aromas, and household objects come together to tell a story about cooking as a labour of love.
